Point
・頭部外傷を扱う脳神経外科では，頚椎・頚髄損傷を診察する機会も多い．
・頚椎・頚髄損傷で生じ得る神経症状を知り，症状の程度のスケールを知る必要がある．
・頚椎・頚髄損傷で気をつけるべき画像のポイントを知る必要がある．
・頚椎・頚髄損傷での手術療法は，固定術を選択することが多い．
