神経集中治療—体温管理療法

Point
・体温管理療法は頭蓋内圧コントロールが可能であり，重症頭部外傷や脳卒中に応用できる．
・脳神経救急疾患に伴う発熱は，神経学的転帰不良因子であり，発熱管理を行うことは重要である．
・発熱管理は単にデバイスを稼働させるだけではなく，二次性脳損傷を予防するための神経集中治療の一環として行う必要がある．
