Point
・Painful tic convulsifは，「一般的」には同側の三叉神経痛と片側顔面痙攣が共存する病態である．
・椎骨・脳底動脈が責任血管となることが多く，内科的治療が奏効しない場合は微小血管減圧術の適応となる．
・「Painful tic convulsif」を用いる場合には，本用語の歴史的背景を理解すべきである．
