・Inferior petrosal sinus,anterior condylar confluenceを含む頭蓋頚椎移行部付近の静脈路は脳の主要な静脈還流路であり,非常に複雑な静脈ネットワークを形成している.
・この領域の静脈路は動静脈シャント疾患の病態に深く関わり,治療戦略を考える上でその解剖学的知識は欠かすことができない.
・本稿では各静脈路の基本解剖,および放射線画像所見を解説する.
・硬膜動静脈瘻をはじめとした関連する病変の治療戦略を立てる上で,必要な解剖を理解することを目的とする.
