髄膜腫被膜摘出の必要性

Point
・髄膜腫周囲の厚い結合組織として認識できる膜様組織（被膜）には，腫瘍細胞浸潤を認めることが多い．
・腫瘍周囲のくも膜の肥厚と区別がつきにくい膜様組織には，腫瘍細胞浸潤を認めることがあり，再発の可能性は否定できないが，再発の頻度は高くはない．
・被膜摘出は脳損傷のリスクと再発のリスクを検討し，方針を決める．
