Point
・遅発性脳血管攣縮に対する救済治療（レスキューセラピー）として，血管内治療が広く行われている．
・高い有効性と安全性を有すると考えられるが，エビデンスレベルの高い研究は少ない．
・血管拡張薬の動注治療と経皮的血管形成術が血管内治療によるレスキューセラピーの主な方法である．
・両治療の特性・利点・欠点を十分に理解し，症例ごとに適切に対応することが重要である．
