・未破裂脳動脈瘤と比べて，破裂脳動脈瘤に対する治療は選択肢が制限される．
・破裂脳動脈瘤の治療選択は，侵襲性，安全性，根治性などのうち，何を最重要視するのかを患者背景を含めて慎重に決定する必要がある．
