Point
・睡眠障害には不眠症，睡眠時無呼吸症候群，レム睡眠行動障害，ナルコレプシーなどがある．
・脳血管障害に睡眠障害が併存することは少なくない．
・不眠の訴えがみられた場合，睡眠薬を投与する前にさまざまな睡眠障害の鑑別を試みることが重要である．
