Point
・胃食道逆流症は，文献や人によって定義が異なる．難治性の場合は，専門施設での精査が望ましい．
・機能性ディスペプシアには多数の病態が関わっている．初期治療に抵抗性の場合，治療に難渋することが多い．
・これらの疾患は，悪性腫瘍などの器質的疾患がないと判断してから，診断されるべきである．
