GFR推定式の国際的な動き

はじめに

　“糸球体濾過値(glomerular filtration rate，GFR)推定式”に関する議論が，最近注目を集めている．その理由は，近年慢性腎臓病対策の必要性が強く意識されてきたため，その対策遂行上，GFR推定式の重要性が強く認識されるようになったことによる．しかし，“世界共通のGFR換算式として適切なものはどれか”について，腎臓内科の専門家の意見は必ずしも一致していない．
