新しい知見

　サイトケラチン(cytokeratin，CK．単にケラチンとも言い，本文中ではケラチンを用いる)は上皮性のマーカーとして最も広範に用いられている抗体で，現在では20種類のサブタイプが明らかにされている．これまでは単なる上皮性のマーカーとして用いられてきたが，それぞれの特性を理解することにより細胞の特徴や腫瘍の良悪性および原発巣を推測することが可能である．
