ファンコニ症候群

ファンコニ症候群とは

　ファンコニ症候群(Fanconi syndrome)とは，腎近位尿細管機能障害により腎性尿糖，低リン血症，低尿酸血症，アミノ酸尿，近位尿細管アシドーシスをきたす症候群である．ファンコニ症候群をきたす病態生理としては，近位尿細管細胞の機能的，あるいは病理的な障害により，ブドウ糖，リン，尿酸，アミノ酸，重炭酸イオンの再吸収が阻害されるため，上記の検査値異常をきたす．これらの物質は，直接的あるいは間接的にナトリウム依存性輸送体によって近位尿細管細胞で再吸収されている．糸球体は障害されていないためにアルブミン尿や尿潜血は陰性である．
