はじめに

　D2-40はリンパ管内皮細胞に対して，ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋材料においても有効なマーカーとして注目され，さまざまな病理の場において使用されている．D2-40はポドプラニンに対するマウスモノクロナール抗体の一つで，ほかにNZ-1(Aggrus)などのクローンが知られている．陽性となるのは細胞膜で，血管内皮細胞とは基本的に反応しないため．リンパ管の同定に極めて有用である^1，2）(図1)．
