血漿β-トロンボグロブリン，血小板第4因子

新しい知見

　血漿β-トロンボグロブリン(β-thromboglobulin，β-TG)，血小板第4因子(platelet factor 4，PF4)は従来から血小板活性化マーカーとして利用されており，最近でも，心房細動における血栓塞栓の指標として利用された^1）．また，PF4に関しては，E-セレクチンの発現を誘導することがヒト臍帯静脈血管内皮細胞で発見され^2），さらに，PF4ノックアウトマウスを用いた実験では，PF4が血栓形成の進展に関与していることが示された^3）．ごく最近の研究では，初期の腫瘍の存在を反映するバイオマーカーとして有用である可能性が報告されている^4）．
