リゾホスファチジン酸とオートタキシン

はじめに

　エイコサノイドを代表とする脂質メディエーターが，各種組織(細胞)で種々の(病態)生理学的作用を発揮することは多くの研究成果が示すところである．現在もこの基礎研究は盛んに行われているが，それと比較して，その測定の臨床検査への応用に関しては今後の発展を待つ部分が多い．筆者らはこの未開拓の領域に取り組んでおり，特にリゾリン脂質性メディエーターであるスフィンゴシン1-リン酸とリゾホスファチジン酸(lysophosphatidic acid，LPA)に注目している．本稿では後者のLPAとその産生酵素のオートタキシン(autotaxin，ATX)について解説する．
