悪性リンパ腫の新WHO分類

はじめに

　2008年9月，血液腫瘍の新WHO分類(第4版)が発刊された^1）．第3版と比較して88ページの増量があり，疾患項目の増加が認められた．悪性リンパ腫に関する部分を表に記すが，分類の基本的姿勢は2001年に出された第3版を踏襲し，その後の臨床病理学的進展によって新たな項目などが追加されたものである．本稿では，まず新版と旧版の違いについて概略し，その後に，わが国からの発信について記載する．
