輸血用血小板保存液の進歩

新しい知見

　血小板輸血において，血漿に起因する輸血副作用を抑制するため，血漿ではなく血小板保存液に浮遊させた血小板を輸血する場合がある．わが国で従来使用されてきた血小板保存液中では長期に血小板機能を維持することは困難であったが，今回われわれは市販輸液のみを用いて血小板機能を長期間維持できる血小板保存液(M-sol)を開発した．M-solで洗浄した血小板を輸血すると輸血効果を維持したまま輸血副作用を十分に抑制できた．除菌フィルター付き血液バッグを用いることによってクリーンベンチ外でM-solの無菌的な調製が可能であり，凍結させるかガス透過性が極めて低い袋を使用することによってM-sol自体の長期保存も可能である．
