はじめに

　他臓器と比較して前立腺腫瘍の特殊型は少数で頻度も低い．そのため前立腺病変の病理診断は，通常型腺癌を見落とさないこと，あるいは癌を疑う病変に対する良悪性の鑑別が課題であり，免疫染色は多くの場合，そのために用いられる．
