関節炎マーカー(抗CCP抗体とMMP-3)の検査と使い方

はじめに

　関節リウマチ(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)は世界的に人口の約1％，わが国では70万人以上が罹患している．RAは原因不明の全身性疾患で，自己免疫機序により関節滑膜に炎症が起こり，種々の炎症性サイトカインや軟骨成分分解酵素などが多量に産生・分泌され，関節の破壊・変形をきたす．

　近年，RAの関節破壊は早期に進行することが明らかとなり，米国リウマチ学会(American College of Rheumatology，ACR)の治療ガイドライン^1）では“window of opportunity”を逃さず積極的治療を行い，“寛解”に導くことを治療目標としている．
