下大静脈の計測法

はじめに

　右房圧を推定するには，下大静脈(inferior vena cava，IVC)径とその呼吸性変動を診ることが必要である．しかし，IVCのどの部位を，どのように，どの心時相で計測するといった具体的な計測法を示したテキストはない．そこで，本稿ではIVCの計測法について述べる．
