はじめに

　献腎移植の症例数が少ないわが国において，生体腎移植の症例数は年々増加している．生体ドナーによる臓器移植の成功とはレシピエントとドナーの両者が順調な経過をたどることを意味し，術前，術中そして術後も含めて，生体ドナーを適切にケアすることはレシピエントのケアと同様に必要不可欠である¹⁾．そのため，医学的・心理社会的な検査を行い生体ドナーの適応を決定し，術後も長期にわたって注意深くドナーをフォローしていくことが重要である．本稿では生体腎移植ドナーの術前評価について，腎機能評価を中心に紹介する．
