―移植医療と検査④―腎移植におけるflow cytometry crossmatch（FCXM）の重要性

はじめに

　近年，さまざまな領域でflow cytometryを用いた検査方法が汎用されている．腎移植を行う場合には，試験管やトレーの中で行われていたクロスマッチテストがflow cytometryで行われるようになってきた．しかし，その理論や実践が十分に移植医療に浸透している状況ではない．腎移植の領域におけるクロスマッチ陽性症例の診断と治療は重要で，従来法と比較してflow cytometry crossmatch(FCXM)およびflow cytometry panel reactive antibody(flow PRA)の原理，特徴，重要性について概説する．
