ベーチェット病

サマリー

ベーチェット病(Behçet's disease，BD)は，主に口腔粘膜，皮膚，眼，外陰部に急性炎症性病変を反復し，多臓器を侵す難治性の慢性炎症性疾患である．1937年にトルコの皮膚科医Hulusi Behçetによって一つの疾患であると報告された．シルクロード沿いから地中海沿岸諸国に多く，患者数はわが国が最多である．HLA-B51は疾患感受性遺伝子である．血管炎と好中球の機能亢進が病態の中心である．主症状の一つである難治性ぶどう膜炎にTNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α)製剤が保険適用になった．
