血液凝固第XⅢ因子測定法

血液凝固第XⅢ因子(第XⅢ因子)は，血液凝固反応の最終段階に働き，安定化フィブリン形成による止血の完成・維持において重要な役割を果たす．以前より，第XⅢ因子の中和抗体や消費亢進が原因となり発症する出血性後天性第XⅢ因子欠乏症に関して症例報告が散見されたが，これまで実態が明らかでなかったため2009年より厚生労働省研究班による全国調査が行われている．本症例では，出血性素因の家族歴や既往歴はなく，血小板や一般的な凝固検査に異常がないにもかかわらず，突然重篤な皮下出血や後出血などの出血症状を呈する．このような原因不明の出血では，第XⅢ因子活性測定も考慮する．
