1　CK，CK-MBおよびトロポニンT上昇がみられた76歳の女性《急性心筋梗塞》

Ⅰ．症例

　76歳の女性．左胸痛を主訴として来院した．

　現病歴：入院当日，朝9時頃左胸痛が突然出現，30分ほど様子をみていたが軽快せず，当院救急外来受診．受診時，心電図上V₅でSTのやや低下(upsloaping type)がみられたものの，特に急性心筋梗塞(acute myocardial infarction，AMI)を疑わせる所見はなく，CKなど心筋マーカーの上昇もみられず，TnTおよびH-FABP迅速判定試験も陰性であった．しかし，胸痛が持続し，白血球数が11,700/μLと増加していることもあり，経過観察で入院となった．→①受診時検査データ
