Ⅰ．症例

　44歳の女性．全身倦怠感，皮膚乾燥，声が嗄れる，徐脈を主訴に来院した．

　現病歴：1年前から全身倦怠感．2～3か月前から皮膚乾燥，脱毛，記憶力低下，集中力低下，脈が遅いことがあり，「声が嗄れている」，「話がゆっくりしている」と指摘された．体重増加があり，寒さに弱くなった．
