5　典型的な症状と検査値を示した1か月の男児とその家族の症状と検査値《百日咳》

Ⅰ．症例とその家族

　生後1か月の男児．当初軽い咳のみであったが，次第にひどくなり，無呼吸やチアノーゼが認められたため，かかりつけの小児科で百日咳を疑われ，紹介され入院となった．入院時，「発作性の連続性の咳き込み」や「咳き込んでの嘔吐」はあったが，「吸気性笛声」はなかった．白血球数17,500/μL，リンパ球78％，CRP＜0.30mg/dLであった．入院時の培養で百日咳菌が分離でき，典型的な百日咳と診断した．
