最近の肺高血圧治療法

肺高血圧症とは

　肺高血圧症は，肺小細動脈の壁肥厚や狭窄により肺動脈圧が上昇し，右心不全となり労作時息切れや呼吸困難を呈する原因不明の疾患である．心臓カテーテル検査で，安静時平均肺動脈圧が25mmHg以上であれば確定診断となる．ダナポイント分類では病因により五つに大別されており，原因疾患により治療方針が異なるため鑑別診断が重要である(表)¹⁾．
