ゲルカラム凝集法による輸血検査

新しい知見

輸血に先立って実施される血液型検査，不規則抗体スクリーニング，交差適合試験などの検査は，従来主として試験管法による用手法によって実施されてきた．しかし，試験管法は検査手技，凝集判定など検査実施者による個人差が大きいなどのデメリットがあり，近年輸血検査の標準化を目的とした新しい輸血検査法が普及してきており，その一つとしてゲルカラム凝集法がある．また，ゲルカラム凝集法により輸血検査の自動化が可能となり，輸血検査の標準化のみならず，輸血検査部門における業務効率化やヒューマンエラー回避による輸血検査の安全性向上を目的として自動輸血検査機器の導入，システム化が進んでおり，今後さらなるゲルカラム凝集法の導入，輸血検査の自動化・システム化が予想される．
