閉塞性動脈硬化症

サマリー

閉塞性動脈硬化症(arteriosclerosis obliterans，ASO)は，末梢動脈疾患(peripheral arterial disease，PAD)と呼ばれる疾患群の一つであり，近年増加している予後不良な動脈硬化性疾患である．また，脳血管障害や冠動脈疾患と比べると，認知度が低いがゆえに見逃されていることが多い疾患でもある．しかし，診断は外来検査で大多数が可能であり，適切な検査を行えば早期発見が可能である．本稿ではPADの診断法から治療法について述べる．
