診療における遺伝学的検査の体制構築

はじめに

　遺伝子解析技術の飛躍的進歩とデータの集積によって，ここ数年急速に遺伝子関連検査の結果が日常診療に応用されるようになってきた．臨床研究や先進医療で実施されていた項目の保険適用への移行も比較的短い期間で行われている．このような情勢においてさまざまなガイドラインが提示されているが，急速な遺伝医療の広まりから個々の判断は各病院に委ねられているという側面も生じてきた．適正な遺伝医療の実践のための遺伝学的検査の体制の構築について考察してみたい．
