細菌のグラム染色性が変化する因子

はじめに

　グラム染色性に影響を与える因子は少なくない．染色技術の巧拙はもちろんであるが，菌の増殖期や増殖環境，特定薬剤や抗菌薬の影響などによって，陽性菌の陰性化は日常でも比較的たやすく起きる．そのため，陽性菌を陰性菌と誤判定して同定不能となったり，間違いに気付かずに自動同定システムなどにかけた結果，全く違う菌名に同定されたりすることも少なくない．
