Point

●メタロ-β-ラクタマーゼ(MBL)の活性を示すためには亜鉛イオンが必要である.

●表現型による確認にはキレート剤が併用される.

●全てのMBL産生株がカルバペネム系抗菌薬に耐性を示すわけではない.

●新規酵素遺伝子をPCR法で検出することは困難である.
