睡眠ポリグラフ検査の解析と判定

Point

●睡眠ポリグラフ（PSG）検査は睡眠を客観的に評価できる唯一の方法で，その測定方法や判定方法は主に「改訂版睡眠とそれに付随するイベントのスコアリングマニュアルversion2（AASMversion2）」に沿って行われている．

●PSG検査の装着センサーは多岐にわたり長時間の装着となるため，誤判定しないためにも正確かつ確実にセンサーを装着する必要がある．

●睡眠段階，覚醒反応，呼吸イベント，下肢運動（LM），心電図などの解析が必要となる．その解析方法は自動判定で行える場合もあるが，可能な限り目視で判定を行う．特に睡眠段階や呼吸イベントは必ず目視で判定する必要がある．
