関節リウマチ

Point

●関節リウマチ（RA）は，全身関節の滑膜炎を主病変とする自己免疫疾患である．

●炎症が持続すると軟骨破壊や骨びらんを生じ，進行すると，関節変形やそれによる運動機能障害から日常生活能力の低下をきたす．

●肺病変，リウマトイド結節，血管炎など種々の関節外病変を伴うことがある．
