血小板凝集能検査

Point

●血小板凝集能検査のゴールドスタンダード法は透過光測定法（LTA）であるが，検体処理や検査手技の煩雑さが問題点であり，検査標準化は重要な課題となっている．

●血小板凝集能検査は，血小板無力症やベルナール・スーリエ（Bernard-Soulier）症候群などの血小板機能低下症を診断するために有用な臨床検査である．

●血小板凝集能検査を用いて，抗血小板薬の効果指標をもとに治療介入を行った複数の臨床試験について，その抑制効果は示されていないことから，現状では，臨床診療上，血栓症診断や抗血小板薬効果判定は推奨されない．

●血栓症に対するモニタリングについては，今後，検査標準化されたうえで臨床的意義についての評価が必要となる．
