Point

●細菌性髄膜炎は神経救急疾患であり，見逃してはならない疾患の一つである．

●髄液検査は非典型的な所見を呈することもあり，病歴や身体所見と合わせて総合的な判断を要する．

●治療を開始したら，バイタルサインや意識レベルを注意深く経過観察していく．
