—step up編—血清エキソソームの回収法とmicroRNA解析法

●エキソソームという細胞外小胞が血清中に存在しており，エキソソーム内にはさまざまな蛋白質や核酸（mRNAやmicroRNA）が安定的に保持されている．

●エキソソーム回収には超遠心法が最も利用されているが，市販試薬によって短時間で容易に回収できる方法もある．

●癌細胞や神経変性疾患細胞などから放出されるエキソソーム内には，それらの疾患に特異的な蛋白質や核酸が存在するため，新たな早期発見バイオマーカーとなる可能性を秘めている．
