Point

●膵管癌，退形成性膵癌の多くは，Diff・Quik（ディフ・クイック）染色所見で細胞診断することが可能である．

●神経内分泌腫瘍（NET），腺房細胞癌，自己免疫性膵炎，膵充実性偽乳頭状腫瘍（SPN）などは，Diff・Quik染色，Pap染色の細胞所見で疾患を疑い，免疫組織化学染色で確定診断するので，セルブロックに十分な細胞量を確保する必要がある．

●細胞検査士がオンサイトで標本作製，細胞判定することが診断率向上につながる．

●携帯端末を利用することで良性，悪性を判定できる症例がある．
