Point

●常染色体劣性遺伝性疾患のウイルソン（Wilson）病や，原発性胆汁性胆管炎（primary biliary cholangitis）など胆汁排泄障害を引き起こす種々の肝胆道系疾患においては，銅が肝組織内に沈着することが知られている．

●組織内の銅証明法にはいくつかの方法があり，銅を証明するロダニン法やルベアン酸法などの他，銅結合性蛋白を証明するオルセイン染色法やビクトリア（Victoria）青染色法などがある．

●アルミニウムは飲食物などとともにごく微量摂取されるが，正常であれば消化管からは便とともに，腎臓からは尿として排出される．しかし，腎不全などの場合体内に取り込まれたアルミニウムが腎機能の低下により尿として体外に排泄できないため，体内へ蓄積する．

●組織内アルミニウム証明法としてアルミノン法などがある．
