多発性骨髄腫

Point

●多発性骨髄腫の診断には，血液・尿検査以外に画像診断が必須である．

●予後予測には主に国際病期分類（ISS）が用いられ，血清アルブミンおよびβ₂ミクログロブリン測定が必要である．

●改訂版ISSでは，高リスク染色体異常と血清LDHの測定が加わっている．

●治療効果判定には，M蛋白量のみならず，骨髄検査および画像診断が必須である．
