下肢静脈エコー検査—下肢静脈瘤を正しく評価する

Point

●下肢静脈エコーの適応となる深部静脈血栓症や下肢静脈瘤は別の疾患であり，それぞれの病態を正しく理解したうえで検査を行う必要がある．

●下肢静脈瘤は弁不全から静脈内に血流が停滞し，静脈が瘤化する疾患である．

●深部静脈の評価ポイントは下肢静脈瘤が一次性か二次性かを判断すること．

●表在静脈の評価ポイントは，弁不全の範囲を評価し，治療に必要な情報を得ること．
