子宮頸部・体部癌の新しい取扱い規約における改訂ポイント

はじめに

　2014年に世界保健機関（World Health Organization：WHO）による婦人科腫瘍組織分類が改訂され，第4版として出版された^1）．この改訂ではさまざまな疾患・腫瘍の名称が変更され，新しい概念が導入された．そしてWHO分類第4版^1）に準拠した『子宮頸癌取扱い規約　病理編』^2）『子宮体癌取扱い規約　病理編』^3）の第4版が，2017年7月に日本産婦人科学会と日本病理学会の協力の下で編集・出版された．新取扱い規約ではWHO分類第4版^1）を補完するために詳細な解説と精選された図譜が加えられている他，世界標準に合わせた病理診断報告書のフォーマットが提案されている．

　本稿では新しい取扱い規約の中から，今回の改訂により大きく変わった①子宮頸部上皮内病変，②子宮頸部腺癌および前駆病変，③子宮体部類内膜癌の前駆病変，④子宮内膜間質腫瘍，の分類と概念について概説する．
