全身性エリテマトーデス

Point

●全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）は全身性の慢性炎症性疾患で，ステロイドを中心とした治療の進歩により予後は改善したものの，寛解・増悪を繰り返すことが多い．

●抗核抗体（ANA）は対応する核内抗原により染色パターンはさまざまあるものの，少なくとも活動期には通常陽性となり，ANA陰性のSLEは珍しい．

●抗ds-DNA抗体，補体価などは一般的には疾患の活動性を反映して変動する．

●SLEに特異性の高い自己抗体として抗ds-DNA抗体の他，抗Sm抗体が知られる．
