パパニコロウ染色

Point

●細胞診は解剖学者パパニコロウ（Papanicolaou）が哺乳動物の排卵期を推測することから始まった検査法である．

●パパニコロウ染色はマッソントリクローム（Masson trichrome）染色の変法である．多彩な染め分けが可能で透過性が良好である．

●EA染色液はpH変化に注意する．染色液減量に対し継ぎ足しをすると，分量比やpH変化が起こり染色状態に影響を与える．
