成人T細胞白血病・リンパ腫（ATL）

Point

●成人T細胞白血病・リンパ腫（ATL）は難治性の白血病・リンパ腫である．その病態は多彩であり，病態によって注目すべき検査値も変わりうる．

●診断，病型，予後の判断のために（異常）リンパ球数，LD，BUN，Alb，補正カルシウム（Ca）値が必要である．

●非ホジキンリンパ腫全般にマーカーとして使用されている可溶性インターロイキン-2受容体（sIL-2R）は本疾患の病態の変化の把握に大変役立つ．
