肺MAC症

Point

●肺MAC症は近年増加傾向にあり，その診断管理の重要性が増している．

●確定診断は診断基準を用いて行うが，抗GPL core抗体測定が補助診断として有用である．

●治療の目標は自覚症状の改善と重症化防止のための病勢コントロールである．

●抗GPL core抗体は病勢モニタリングにも有用である．
