Point

●パーキンソン病（PD）は，中脳−線条体系のドパミン神経細胞の変性脱落とレヴィー（Lewy）小体の出現を特徴としている．レヴィー小体はα-シヌクレインで構成される．

●PDには運動症状と非運動症状がみられる．運動症状は，動作緩慢，静止時振戦，筋強剛が初期からみられ，経過中に姿勢反射障害が出現する．

●非運動症状は，運動症状発症以前より出現するものもある．自律神経障害，睡眠障害，精神症状など多岐にわたる．

●ドパミン補充療法により，PDの予後は飛躍的に改善した．適切な薬物治療と運動療法を行っていく必要がある．
