抗菌薬適正使用支援のためのselective reporting

抗菌薬適正使用と臨床検査技師

　2016年に薬剤耐性（antimicrobial resistance：AMR）アクションプランが打ち出され，AMR対策の1つとして抗菌薬適正使用が求められている．2018年4月には抗菌薬適正使用支援加算が新たに設定され，抗菌薬適正使用への機運は高まっている．また，抗菌薬適正使用支援加算では臨床検査技師の要件に「微生物検査にかかわる」という文言が加わる^1）など，抗菌薬適正使用における臨床微生物検査技師の働きへの期待が伺える．本稿では，抗菌薬適正使用支援戦略の1つであるSR（selective reporting）について解説する．
