Point

●アウトブレイクが発生した場合，微生物検査の役割は人や病院内環境において対象となる原因微生物の検索と相同性の解析である．

●積極的監視培養におけるスクリーニング検査や環境調査などを実施する．

●疫学解析にはさまざまな方法があり，菌種や施設の規模に応じた方法を選択することが重要である．
